Role Description
The Area Manager at Jubilee Diamond is a pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing multiple luxury jewelry and diamond retail stores across Thailand. Reporting to the CEO, this position entails driving sales growth, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction. Key responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, leading and coaching store managers and sales teams, ensuring operational efficiency and compliance, optimizing the customer experience, managing financial performance, and identifying opportunities for market expansion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive experience in luxury retail sales, in-depth industry knowledge, analytical acumen, and excellent communication abilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in luxury retail sales, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role overseeing multiple locations.
- Data driven and has keen sense to create plan and execution based on data.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve targets and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key responsibilities include relationship development, aligning strategies, driving sales growth, and managing lease agreements. The Channel Sales Manager also plays a crucial role in opening new branches and establishing sales channels. Ideal candidates will have a blend of sales management, partnership development, negotiation, promotional strategy, and analytical skills, coupled with a results-driven mindset and a passion for the retail (luxury) sector.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is preferred.

Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site role as a Customer Relationship Management Manager at Jubilee Enterprise Public Company Limited in Bangkok. The Customer Relationship Management Manager will be responsible for managing customer relationships, manage loyalty program, developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and retention, analyzing customer data, overseeing sales activities, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize data-driven insights to develop and implement sales strategies aimed at increasing revenue and maximizing customer lifetime value.
- Lead the evaluation and optimization of our existing loyalty program, or develop and implement a new loyalty program if necessary.
- Manage the end-to-end CRM process, from customer acquisition to retention and loyalty-building initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Sales, and IT, to ensure alignment and effectiveness of CRM strategies.
- Analyze customer data and behavior to identify opportunities for personalized marketing campaigns and targeted communications.
