Conditions and Warranty
1. You can bring the product with the warranty card to contact Jubilee Diamond for service (check the list of branches at https://www.jubileediamond.co.th/store_locations ).
2. Free cleaning service throughout the life of the product.
3. Free plating service, no more than 2 times within 2 years (from the date specified on the warranty card)
4. Ring products: Size adjustment service (size) not exceeding 2 sizes, free of charge, not exceeding 2 times within 2 years (counting from the date specified on the warranty card)
5. In the event that products are sent for service, the weight of the gold may vary from the information in the warranty certificate.
6. Please bring the product warranty card with you every time you bring the product in for service. If there is no warranty card, the company reserves the right to charge for service according to the service fee conditions.
7. The company reserves the right to issue a new warranty in all cases.
