Partner Personal Data Policy In order for Jubilee Enterprise Public Company Limited (the “Company”) to be able to conduct the procurement process and enter into a sales contract or hire you as the Company’s partner (the “Partner”) , please study this Partner Personal Data Policy carefully before the Partner submits the bidding information and any personal data of the Partner or any person related to the Partner to the Company for the processing of the Partner’s personal data under this Policy, including the processing of the Personal Data of the Partner as an individual and the processing of the Personal Data of the authorized signatory directors and/or representatives of the Partner (who may be a juristic partner) as well. In the event that the Partner submits the Personal Data of the owner of the Personal Data under the Company to the Company, the Company shall deem that the Partner has given a guarantee on the right of the Partner to forward and disclose the data of the owner of such Personal Data to the Company for the processing as specified under this Policy.

Personal data processed

During the procurement process between the Company and its suppliers, the Company may receive personal data of the suppliers directly, based on information in quotations, conversations or interviews, or may receive it from other persons (including but not limited to the Company’s affiliates or other business partners) who may provide advice to the suppliers. The personal data of the suppliers or data subjects under the suppliers that the Company needs to process in such process may include the following: All personal data that may be forwarded and disclosed in the quotation data or portfolio for consideration of the selection qualifications as suppliers; Full name, national ID card information of the natural person suppliers or the authorized signatory, attorney or representative of the suppliers who are juristic persons (“supplier representatives”) , including contact information such as address, contact location, telephone number, email and may include identification documents of the suppliers or the suppliers’ representatives (including copies of national ID cards and passports); Payment information in the case of natural person suppliers, such as bank accounts, payment history by that supplier, employment history, and assessment of competence and measurement, including other personal data that the suppliers may submit or disclose to the Company, which is considered part of the duties that the suppliers may have to perform under the framework of the contract signed between the Company and the suppliers; In some cases, the Company may be required to collect, compile and use personal data of employees under the suppliers. In particular, employees who request permission to provide services and perform duties, which may include but are not limited to name, surname, contact information, and vehicle registration information. Upon receipt of such personal information, the Company shall assume that the business partner as the employer of such employee guarantees the right to forward and disclose the personal information of such related persons to the Company, and the Company shall have the right to fully process the personal information of such persons under this policy. Other personal information that the business partner may submit or disclose to the Company during the procurement, contracting between each other, and performing duties under related contracts, which may include transaction information, payment information, etc.

Purpose and duration of personal data processing

The Company is required to collect, compile, and use all personal data of its business partners for the following purposes: communicating with business partners to inquire about information and details about business partners if necessary to request additional information related to procurement; verifying the accuracy of information provided by business partners to the Company; assessing the suitability and qualifications of business partners for the work that the Company wishes to procure; and coordinating with business partners during the procurement process until the contract is signed. Even if a business partner is not selected, the Company reserves the right to continuously keep such business partner’s data for monitoring the procurement process or for contacting and recording business partners in the registry for other future coordination; performing the Company’s rights and duties under the contract signed between the business partner and the Company, including evaluating the work performance and efficiency of business partners; for calculating and paying compensation, including enforcing other rights and duties under the contract signed between them; performing the Company’s legal duties, especially accounting and tax payment, in the case of business partners who are individuals; protecting the Company’s legitimate rights when it is necessary to enforce rights against business partners who may not comply with or violate the duties specified under the relevant contracts, including using it to defend the right to sue or conduct internal audits of the Company’s and related business partners’ work processes; including protecting the safety and limiting the rights of those who can enter the area or effectively monitoring the performance of related employees for the purposes of processing such personal data. The Company is required to collect personal data of all partners submitted to the Company for the duration of any contracts that the Company may have with each partner. In addition, for the purpose of protecting the Company's rights under relevant contracts, the Company reserves the right to retain all personal data of partners for a period consistent with the Company's accounting and tax periods, and in cases where the Company is legally obligated to process data, the Company is required to retain personal data of partners for the period specified by such law.

Disclosure or forwarding of personal information of business partners

Where necessary, the Company may disclose and/or forward the personal data of its partners to external parties, including:

(1) Customers or other business partners of the Company, to whom the Company is required to disclose personal information of such business partners for the performance of duties and the provision of services by the Company to such customers or business partners, whereby the Company shall do so only to the extent necessary.

(2) The Company's external service providers who have been hired by the Company to assist in supporting the Company's performance of duties, including but not limited to affiliated companies, consulting firms or auditing firms, etc., whereby the Company will perform such actions only as necessary within the framework of the personal data processing contract between the Company and such external parties, and

(3) Government agencies for which the Company is required by law, court decision or order of government agency to disclose such information, in which case the Company will do so only to the extent necessary for the performance of its duties.

Personal Data Security Measures

The Company guarantees that appropriate security measures are in place to protect the personal data of its partners and/or data owners under the supervision of such partners, in accordance with applicable laws, to prevent unauthorized or improper access, use, alteration, modification or disclosure of personal data. The Company will review such measures from time to time to ensure compliance and appropriateness with industry standards and changes in applicable laws.

Partner's rights as data owners

The Company respects the rights of its business partners as data owners under relevant laws. Business partners can contact the Company to exercise their rights, including the right to withdraw consent, the right to request access to and request a copy of their personal data, the right to request correction of their personal data, the right to request personal data in the event that the Company makes such personal data in a format that can be read or used generally by automated tools or devices, including the right to request that such data be sent or transferred to another data controller, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to request that personal data be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized when such data is no longer necessary.
