Whistle-Blowing Submission Privacy Policy
In the event that you contact Jubilee Enterprise Public Company Limited (the “Company”) within the framework of the complaint submission process under the Whistle-Blowing Policy determined by the Company through various communication channels determined by the Company, the Company would like to inform you that the Company is required to collect, compile and use your personal data under this Privacy Policy. When you submit your personal data to the Company for the purpose of such Whistle-Blowing, the Company will assume that you agree to comply with this Personal Data Policy.
Personal data that the Company needs to process in order to contact you

The Company will use your personal data as specified for the following purposes: Handling the response to the communication of complaints you contact the Company, in accordance with the specific processes and mechanisms under the Whistle-Blowing Policy that the Company has announced to you; Preparing the record of complaint resolution or whistle-blower notification as the Company’s internal report; for the benefit of improving the Company’s work; improving the business relationship that the Company may have with you, which may include quality control, analysis, management and resolution of various issues related to such Whistle-Blowing complaints; The Company is required to process and collect your personal data for the purposes specified above for as long as the Company is still obliged to provide services to you, and for a reasonable period of time to monitor and protect the Company’s and/or your lawful rights; the Company agrees to guarantee the retention of such data so that it does not affect your rights as the data owner unreasonably, and grants the data owner the right to exercise the right to object to the data processing after the completion of the complaint resolution process.
