Applicant Personal Data Policy
In order for Jubilee Enterprise Public Company Limited (the “Company”) to consider your application information, please study this Privacy Policy carefully before you, as a job applicant (the “Applicant”), provide the application information to the Company. The Company guarantees to maintain all personal information of the Applicant in accordance with security standards in accordance with relevant laws.
Personal data processed
During the Company's recruitment process, the Company may receive personal information of job applicants from:
(1) Applicants directly from the submission of information, information in the application, resume, conversation or interview.
(2) An employment service provider or other referral to whom the job applicant may have given consent to disclose or forward the job applicant's information to the Company for the purpose of applying for a job with the Company.
(3) Other persons whom the applicant has specified for the company to contact for further information and
(4) External data service providers involved during the application and interview process, the Company is required to collect, compile, and use personal data of job applicants, including general personal data of job applicants, such as full name, front-facing photo, national ID card number, contact information, educational qualifications, work history, interest or skills information of job applicants, identification documents and documents showing job applicants' qualifications, including front-facing photos, other information that job applicants may submit to the Company in other supporting documents, including but not limited to information of other persons, such as family members, contact persons, and reference persons. In the event that job applicants submit information of other personal data owners to the Company for processing, upon receipt of such information, the Company shall assume that job applicants guarantee and certify their rights to forward and disclose such personal data owners' information to the Company for processing, including contacting and asking about job applicants' work history.
After passing the selection process by interviewing the company
The Company is required to collect additional sensitive personal data of the Candidates, such as health examination data, which may include vaccination history. The Company will seek consent from the Candidates under the applicable law, but the Company is required to inform the Candidates that all such sensitive personal data is deemed necessary for the Company to consider the qualifications and suitability of the Candidates.
Purpose of processing personal data
The Company is required to collect, compile and use all personal data of applicants for the following purposes:
(1) Verification of identity, including the accuracy of personal information and other information that applicants provide to the Company.
(2) Assessment of the suitability of job applicants for the positions applied for.
(3) Coordinating with applicants during the recruitment process, including:
(4) Contacting additional applicants in the future in the event that there are other positions that may be suitable, unless the applicant expresses his/her intention to exercise his/her right to have the Company delete or destroy his/her personal data immediately. The Company reserves the right to keep all personal data of the applicant for an additional period of 3 months even if the applicant is not selected as an employee of the Company.
Disclosure or forwarding of personal information of job applicants
In principle, the personal information of the applicant will not be disclosed, except in cases where it is necessary, in which case the Company may disclose and/or forward the personal information of the applicant to external parties as follows:
(1) Other affiliated companies that may have job positions suitable for applicants.
(2) References to whom the company is required to send the applicant's information for the purpose of verifying employment history and
(3) Other third parties to whom the applicant has given consent for the Company to disclose personal information to such persons, whereby the Company guarantees to disclose and forward personal information of the applicant to such persons only to the extent necessary for the complete recruitment process.
Data Owner Rights
The Company respects the rights of job applicants as data owners under relevant laws. Job applicants can contact the Company to exercise the following rights: the right to withdraw consent, the right to request access and request a copy of personal data, the right to request correction of personal data, the right to request personal data in the event that the Company makes such personal data in a format that can be read or used by general public with automatic tools or devices, including the right to request that such data be sent or transferred to other personal data controllers, the right to object to the processing of personal data, the right to request that personal data be deleted or destroyed, or that personal data be anonymized when such data is no longer necessary, the right to request that the use of personal data be suspended, or the right to file a complaint in the event of a personal data breach by sending an email to DPO@jubileediamond.co.th or contacting the head office of Jubilee Enterprise Public Company Limited, 179 Bangkok City Tower Building, 10th Floor, Sathorn Tai Road, Thung Maha Mek Subdistrict, Sathorn District, Bangkok 10120.
