Exchange and Return
For products traded through online channels
The company reserves the right to exchange or return products in all cases. However, all customers can bring products purchased through online channels to receive repair services at all Jubilee Diamond branches free of charge as follows: Plating service Free service up to 2 times within 2 years (counting from the date specified on the warranty card) For ring products, size adjustment service up to 2 sizes Free service up to 2 times within 2 years (counting from the date specified on the warranty card) In case of sending products for service, the gold weight may change from the information in the warranty card. Please bring the product warranty card every time you bring the product for service. If there is no warranty card, the company reserves the right to charge for the service according to the service fee conditions. The company reserves the right to issue a new warranty card in all cases.
Note: In case of other damages caused by wear and use, customers are required to pay additional costs for repairs or services, such as diamond costs or gold costs for the setting, etc.
For products purchased through E-commerce and other online channels
The company reserves the right not to accept exchanges or returns in all cases unless the item you purchased is defective. However, customers can bring products purchased for services at any Jubilee Diamond store with no extra charge as per the followings; Plating service, free of charge, amount not more than 2 times within 2 years (from the date specified on the warranty card) Ring products Service for resizing (size) not more than 2 sizes, free of charge, amount not more than 2 times within 2 years (from the date specified in the warranty card) In the case of sending products for service Gold weight may vary from the information on the warranty card. Please bring the product warranty card with you every time you bring the product in for service. If there is no warranty card The company reserves the right to charge services according to the conditions of service costs. The company reserves the right to issue a new warranty card in all cases.
Note: In case of any damages caused by customer's usage, the customer will be required to pay additional costs for the repair services such as the cost to replace a diamond or additional gold to repair the jewelry settings.
